“Everything you say and do matters! Everything!”  

This is the underlying theme woven through all of my work with summer camp staffs. There is too often this notion in the minds of the young adults we hire to be Camp Counselors that this is a just a fun summer job to be outdoors and have a few laughs. But it is much more than that and this point cannot be emphasized enough!
 
Jeffrey offers one day to multi-day training and consultation with summer camp programs. Camp Directors and Counselors consistently acclaim Jeffrey for his personal style, easy to relate to “down-to-earth” manner, his practical lessons and his ability to motivate and inspire young adults.  
His background in camping spans more than 20 years as he himself was a camper for 7 summers, then worked as a Camp Counselor and a Camp Administrator for 11 more. For the past 5 years Jeffrey has served as a Trainer for nearly 40 different camps, has spoken at all the major national and regional Camping Conferences and has helped to shape, design and implement several significant leadership, mission and valuative changes for these Camps.
